I completed this on a spare piece of red rosin paper that Lynne Perrella let me keep at the end of our class....came home really inspired and got right to work. it's amazing how things flow out of you once you GET STARTED. also, it helps that I kept telling myself that this is just practice and I can't screw it up.
this is a close up of her scales. I painted them with Lumiere paint...
what do ya think?
thanks for stopping by ;)

Wow - that is REALLY amazing - beautiful. Can't believe you did it all at home - that class really paid off for you. The scales are great. The whole piece is integrated so well. Great work!
this is fabulous, Dawn! Can't wait to see it in person...bring it to Ft. Flagler, I am coming for one day.
